Golubtsi
Dear friends !
We want to tell you about one of the best food in Ukrain golubtsi. They can cook very often and not necessarily on holidays .One of the advantage of glubtsiv is that their ingredients can be bought almost everywhere and they do not cost very expensive. You can do them anywhere. they are delicious ,tasty ,palatable  ,yummy , appetizing , substantial .You can eat  them with spices like a pepper, salt.,or other. They have pleasant smell and  fragrant. Their are good looking , their appearance desire to eat them. Unbelievable and cheap .

 Ingridiens :

1 medium cabbage forks
     0.5 kg minced meat (pork + beef)
     0.5 cups of rice
     2 onions
     2 carrots
     0.75 cup sour cream
     3  tablespoons tomato paste or 4.6 ripe tomatoes
     oil for frying
     black pepper
     paprika
     crushed bay leaf
     salt
 
Directions :
1.Put the two pans of water on the fire. One bigger (3 l) - for cabbage, another slightly smaller (0.5 l) - for rice.
2.Rinse rice in cold water. Pour rice into the boiling water and cook until half (10-15 min). Then rejects it in a colander and rinse with cold water.
3.Remove the top of cabbage leaves damaged (if there is a need). Rinse cabbage.
4.Put the cabbage in boiling salted water and cook a few minutes.
5.Remove cabbage from pan.
6.Upper leaves little cut neatly at the base and remove the plug.
7.Then again lower the cabbage in a saucepan. Repeat procedure until all remove the cabbage leaves.
In the boiled leaves cut the fleshy part.

Cooking stuffing.:
 
1.Mix stuffing with welded rice. Salt, pepper and mix well.
2.Minced vegetable supplements can vary. Variations:
3.Add the minced finely chopped roasted onion.
4. Vegetable sauce tomatoes in season. Bulbs, clean, cut into small cubes, fry in 2 tbsp. l. of oil. Carrots rub on a grater, add onion and simmer until tender.
5.  Add tomato puree to the onions and carrots, simmer 5 minutes.
6.A few tablespoons of vegetable mixture, add to stuffing. In the remaining mixture, add sour cream and leave for braising cabbage.
7.Vegetable sauce is not tomato season. Finely chop the onion and grate the carrots on a grater.


8.Pour a little oil in a frying pan and fry chopped onion until golden hue. Add grated carrots to the onion and fry it until soft.

9. To prepare the tomato sauce, tomato paste, mix with sour cream and water (in a ratio of 1:1:1) and bring to a boil.

10. Add a couple tablespoons of minced meat with onions carrots and a couple of spoonfuls of tomato sauce. Vegetables, and the remaining tomato sauce leave for stewing.

11.Spoon stuffing place the cabbage leaf and turn the "envelope".
12.In a large saucepan put half thick onion and carrots, then put it stuffed. In the stuffed onions and carrots again.
13.Pour stuffed tomato sauce, bring to a boil, then simmer on low heat until cooked about 1 hour.

December 13-Day in my life

Dear Friend! I would like to tell you what I did that day. I woke up at seven o'clock in the morning.

Education  in Ukraine

I would like to tell you about education in Ukraine.The system of secondary education in Ukraine includes primary forms and junior and senior secondary forms.
Children usually go to school at the age of 6 or 7.
There are some pre-school institutions, like nursery schools or kindergartens, but they are not obligatory. Primary forms comprise 1 to 4 forms.
Junior secondary forms comprise 5 to 9 forms.
After the 9th form children can enter technical schools of different types. Those who want to enter higher educational institutions should complete 10—11 forms.
Students can also enter higher educational institutions after graduating from specialized colleges or lyceums.
They prepare students in different fields, whether the humanities or the sciences.
Some of them are organized under the authorities of higher educational establishments.
The system of higher education is presented by universities, polytechnic institutes or specialized institutes.
Universities offer a five-year course of study and usually have from six to twelve departments.
Institutes train specialists for industry, agriculture and economy.Most of them have been conferred | tie status of Academy or University
Students are also offered postgraduate education and scientific -esearch work.
Nowadays due to the state of our national economy not many young People are engaged in the research .vork.
3ut still in some fields of science there are outstanding discoveries and research papers.
Some universities and institutes have refresher courses.
Recently a great number of private educational establishments have appeared.
Some institutions have fee-paying groups or departments.
The students may get education there at the same high level as in the state institutions.

My Olympic talisman
The tradition of the Olympic Games runs back to ancient Greece .It was a great athletic festival of wrestling, foot-racing, discus throwing and others. Famous sportsmen are proud to   participate in the Games .  It's hard to find more superstitious people than sportsmen. As devoutly as   sportsmen   can believe in different talismans, amulets and rituals only actors. But actors can speak with journalists about their secrets and sportsmen never do it .From their point of view,  it's a bad sight too.

For  example I.Klochkova had her own talisman. It's was small fluffy hen 8sm finger-nails brought successto Geil.  Dyvers   Olga  Bryzgina  went  to church and read  prayer before start .A piece of metal was  A Bugach amulet. He   binded  it to his  leg .A. Balahonova  has  her secret number . It's a pity , but amulets not always bring good luck. Very  often  it's just  coincidence .
As for me I have a little talisman .  It's  gold pendent ,which always help me in hardships. I believe in it!
